I don’t ever leave reviews but the customer service was great. I believe there was two people working I’m guessing a manager (male) and maybe a assistant manager (female) either way they were both helpful, let me browse without being all on my back and more importantly were very informative. They signed me up so I can get cash back rewards which is cool as much as I train and travel I fly through products so it’s good to have. 10 stars to the service -@kofamuse
This location is always closed during posted business hours. 3 different occasions I’ve come to purchase my supplements and protein and each time it was closed with no one to be seen and a sign saying that they would be return in a few hours. I recommend the location on Piedmont Ave or any other location really. Don’t waste your gas to come out here and leave empty handed. So frustrating.
Hoping this helps management… use to be able to come to this shop on my weekend errands. For the last few months, any time I have gone to pick up something, they have been closed for a break. I have tried to go at different hours, but every time I’ve gone …. Closed I really liked this shop but I think their staffing is what is loosing business
I haven’t been back to this GNC store in a long while so when they had a promo deal buy 2 get one free I made a stop. They ran out of what I needed so was able to get box of the vitamin there and supposedly have 2 ship to my house. I never got my items that I paid for. It turns out there was a typo and it got ship to wrong address. So I call their customer service and it was useless. He told me he can’t refund me and escalated my issue to internal department and I should get an email from them how to proceed with getting my refund. That being said, I still have not heard anything back from them. I accepted my loss at this point and will not buy from them again.
Le magasin était bien rangé. Excellent service client.\nJe suis venu pour obtenir de l'herbe de blé biologique et j'avais des questions sur les compléments en poudre de betterave. Le vendeur du magasin connaissait les produits et aussi sur les différents modes de vie alimentaires. Cela a rendu ma première expérience de shopping chez GNC amusante et non intimidante.
