Honest, transparent, trustworthy, kind I’ve been bringing my Equinox to Griffis for almost two years now and I just realized I’ve never written a review. Ever since walking into their shop I do not want to go anywhere else. These are truly amazing people. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars I always leave with a deeper understanding of my vehicle and I never feel taken advantage of. All of the services recommended are never pushed onto me they’re simply explained and quoted and left up to me to decide when I can complete the service. Additionally, the customer service is something you’d find in a small town not Orlando. They’re always so pleasant when you walk in and extremely accommodating (I’m okay with leaving my car until they can get to it and they ALWAYS have it ready by the time I need it). It truly is an amazing place and I’m so happy to have found a mechanic near me that I genuinely like taking my vehicle to. They don’t charge insane prices for oil changes or tire patches which I also sincerely appreciate. I will be a forever customer!
Griffin Automotive always takes such great care of my car! I have a Volvo, which can be temperamental at best, and anytime I bring it in for service, the team is clear and concise on the problem as well as the solutions. They are fast and very fair with their pricing. I feel lucky to have such a trustworthy auto shop that n the neighborhood!
