I highly recommend Sloan’s Automotive in Orlando! The team was incredibly professional and worked hard to diagnose the specific issues I was having. What I appreciated most was their thoroughness; they provided a detailed report that covered my immediate repair needs, which was replacing my truck's U-joints, while also highlighting things I should consider down the road. It’s great to have that kind of foresight for maintenance. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. A huge thank you to Elton, who coordinated everything for me and made the experience seamless. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely be back!

Sloan’s gained my trust when I first brought my car in for a brake problem, they listened to me. They also checked everything else and told me everything was in good shape. Everyone is friendly, helpful, professional and respectful. Work is done in a timely manner and they follow up w you. I’m also impressed w the cleanliness of the facility. Happy to refer my friends to Sloan’s.
Well it happened... I'm going out of my way to give an AMAZING review for a car repair shop. A type of business I always assume is ripping me off or lying to me in some way.. but not Sloan's! We've taken our cars to Sloan's a few times due to their proximity to our house. But the last time we went in made us customers for life. There was a miscommunication over some TPMS sensors in our car, and we ended up asking them to stop the work, as the bill was getting higher and higher. Days later, we got a call from Sloan's apologizing for the communication error, and a promise to make it right. I won't go into the details of the conversation, but I couldn't believe they took the time to call a customer who had already paid and left, just to offer to make it right. I was already pretty sure that we would continue to take our cars back to Sloan's, but now I go out of my way to tell everyone I know to patronize this place. Great people. Great service. Five Stars.
Sloan’s Automotive provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly nice, friendly, and went above and beyond in every way. They even gave me a ride back home after I dropped off my car, which I really appreciated. They took the time to go over every detail with me—what needed immediate attention and what could wait—explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. When I picked up my car, they were just as helpful and welcoming. I’ve never experienced customer service like this when getting my car serviced; it genuinely felt like I was dealing with family. I’m extremely satisfied with their work and their professionalism. I will definitely be a returning customer!
