My car was taken here for a brake change. Following the brake change the ABS and Traction Control light came on, and i was told the car was safe to drive. After picking up my car the rear brake locked up while driving and I lost control of the car and had to pull over and get it towed. They received the car again and claimed to have fixed the ABS sensor. That same day as i’m driving the exact same brake locks up again putting myself in another dangerous situation on the road. I did not have these issues before coming here. I had the car towed back to them but then changed my mind and came the conclusion I did not feel safe having them work on my car again after two brake failures. I left a voicemail saying I did not want them to work on my car again and that i’ll have it towed. They ignored my request and worked on my car and replaced the calipers without my consent to cover up their past mistake. I had the car towed to another car shop to inspect the car and they found that the E brake was over-tightened and the caliper hose was twisted, and they said these two things can absolutely affect the brakes and cause a failure. Even with this evidence Auto Doctor still refused to take accountability for their mistakes. After THREE attempts on my brakes they did not fully repair and diagnose the issues on my car. They insulted me when I showed them the evidence of the damage I caused, very nasty lady. Complete incompetence. This place is sloppy and unprofessional. I would rather have oompa loompas work on my car than these people. Go somewhere else
I towed my 1999 Chevy Astro van to Orlando Auto Doctor Auto Repair Center because it wouldn’t turn over, and it was completely dead on arrival. From the moment I arrived, Jason (owner) was invaluable, patient, and thorough in diagnosing the issue. After careful inspection, his team discovered that my old Clifford alarm system was draining the battery. They explained everything clearly, and I decided to disconnect the alarm system. The result? My van now runs perfectly! I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and teamwork in identifying the actual cause, rather than just guessing or replacing parts unnecessarily. I went in due to my headlights flickering for some time. Assuming that it was a battery issue went to where I last got the battery and had it checked. It wasn’t a battery issue. I thought alternator issue. I went to the pros Orlando Auto Doctors and they reported that they found no problems with the alternator or battery. I was informed that the electrical wire was loose!! I am so, so Grateful for their honesty🙏🏼 It’s been a couple of days and have not seen my headlight problem since. Thank you so much Jason!!!!
Best auto repair shop in central florida . My Hyundai needed a full engine rebuild . With no new parts available from the dealer , Jason and his highly trained mechanic's went old sckool . they were able to repair the block themselves , sent my heads out to a machine shop to be refurbished and did the full rebuild in shop , just like the old day's ( yep i'm an old guy ) . I can't say enough about this shop , from the ladies to the men that work there , my hat's off to y'all . honest and highly trained , no need to go anywhere else .
I recently needed services and took my car to Orlando Auto Doctor - so glad I did! They got me in quick, kept me updated the whole time, kept the cost reasonable and had my car back to me fast. Jason and Christina (the owners) were awesome to work with, super friendly and helpful. The whole staff was great. Definitely plan on using them for any future needs. Highly recommend!
