My wife found this place on goggle. Great reviews. I stopped in the fix four bracelets and to fix all four just $60 great price. My daughter came with to get hers fixed and he did it for free. Great customer serivce and I recommend this place.
Excellent service from the time I walked through the door through pickup of my repaired wedding ring! Rod was personable, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He listened to what I wanted and was able to complete a repair/restructure of my wedding ring that is exactly what I hoped for. He even asked me to come back in a few months so he can recheck everything and clean/polish my ring again at no charge. Repairs are done onsite by Rod too so there’s no miscommunication/misunderstanding that happens in the process. Rod clearly cares about his customers and his business. I highly recommend Haney’s Family Jewelers!
Thank you to Rod for his exceptional service! We came in for a watch battery replacement and a prong check, and he took care of them both in the time it took us to browse their beautiful selection of rings and necklaces. Plus, he threw in a cleaning! We're thrilled to have found such a great family-run jewelers and will definitely return. 100% recommend!
There are very few family-run jewelers here in AZ now; most are corporate-owned and very expensive. The folks at Haney's are honest, skilled, and have extremely reasonable pricing for repairs, as well as custom fabrication and original jewelry designs. One word, Haney's Family Jewelers is "Trustworthy" with your family treasures...
Came in to have my wife's wedding ring and band resized. Talked with Rod at the front desk, he was very kind and easy to work with. He was able to resize both the ring and band and they fit her perfectly now! He also cleaned both of the rings and they look amazing now! Rod had amazing customer service and seemed to really care about our request. highly recommend this family owned jeweler for anyone who's looking to have any custom work done.
