We’ve been in a few times now but this last time was a last minute wedding ring resize and they were so helpful and wonderful! They were quick, offered lots of options, and gave us the best outcome in the end. A great price and great service, always enjoy coming here! So thankful for the immediate help in a stressful situation!
I have bought several items over the years here. I highly recommend them!! They treat you with respect with no judgement. Today I walked in to have my wedding ring fixed. 2 years ago after my dad passed away I noticed I lost a diamond. I put my ring up until I had time to get fixed( lots of personal things such as moving my mom and health issues) Today was the day. No problems they looked me up in their system, told me how much for the diamond, since that was out of warranty and said they would text me when it was in. My husband and kids bought me a necklace and some earrings I asked if she would check them out. I gave her the receipt and she smiled and said it was actually purchased at Zales. I laughed. So I waked across the street to Zales and unfortunately had the worst treatment ever. Very judgmental since I had not brought my jewelry in for the six month cleaning. She was new and had to ask someone else if my jewelry was covered, which clearly on my receipt it was. She took 2 minutes to clean my 3 pieces of jewelry and told me I need to come back in 6 months. I understand you should get your jewelry cleaned and looked at every 6 months, but we all live busy and sometimes overwhelming lives. To conclude I went back to Helzberg Diamonds and let them know how much I appreciated them for always being kind.
Extremely pushy and terrible customer service the two times we went in. First time was to get 2 watches sized. Browsed wedding rings as we got approached by a pushy sales woman. I was clear with them that I would never buy a ring in front of my girlfriend and they would not give up. Pressed me that they would size my watch ($20) for free if we bought a diamond ring, wouldn’t stop trying to get me prequalified. Made a special moment very uncomfortable. The second time we went in to get a bracelet fixed. Dealt with 3 people in 2 minutes while my girlfriend talked about the bracelet and I looked at watches. Every sales associate was unpleasant. Will never buy from there again.
Tiffany was the most helpful, Knowledgeable, and lovely salesperson!! She went above and beyond in asking what I needed, getting a quick cleaning, and thanks to her I sent my ring in to get an inspection in which she identified some loose stones! If it weren’t for her prompting, I wouldn’t have even thought twice about it! Thanks to her knowledge and expertise, she took care of what could have been a problem and it was all covered under the insurance I got with them when my husband first purchased the ring! She truly makes the experience one where you feel heard and cared for! Definitely coming back with whatever I may need in the future for her expertise specifically! Thank you Tiffany 🥰
Tiffany is the absolute best! We had to change out the setting and band on my engagement ring and she was very helpful and thorough. She was patient as I went through many different design options and helped me pick the best one. I could not be happier with the way my ring came out. 10/10 recommend working with Helzberg but especially Tiffany!
