My review is an apology to the store. My husband and I were interested in a ring and we had it started, but we didn’t listen clearly to the policies and we were very rude and reacted negatively when we misunderstood. We didn’t know we had to pay more then what we had put down which was just a deposit to start the ring. To whoever was working there in early-mid 2023 I’m very sorry for how we behaved, it was very inappropriate. We were in a bad spot and we bought something we couldn’t afford at the time which was poor planning on our part. The store does great work, and their policy was explained clearly; we just didn’t listen clearly to what they said. Otherwise if I lived in Arizona still, I would order from here. Again, very sorry for what happened.
Loved it! Keshon was amazing. My friend and I got matching eternity bracelets. It was quick and easy. A thoroughly pleasant experience!

Got permanent jewelry during a bachelorette party and it was so awesome! They personalized the event so it felt so special to us - there were such great options, charms and price points. It really was so fun for us to choose and experience together! Would definitely do this again.
