Few games were not working like hungry hippos, transformers and few others. It’s a smaller place and busy so with some games not working it was meh. I am happy that one of the girls working there seemed annoyed by it too and said if there is issues with any game she would put the points back on the card. There was that big ball dropping game my kid hit the 125 ticket prize twice and only got maybe half of the prize put on the card (I checked right away at the kiosk) Claw machines are terrible and or rigged. You get the prize and it pulls it so tight and fast at the top that it bounces and makes your prize that is completely in the claw just drop right out but then again, there is no regulations for claw games in arcades and so they can make it like this. Most games to play are 8 credits plus - hard on families with multiple children. The prizes for the tickets were awful. 500pts gets you scrap you can buy in bulk from the dollar store for $1-$5. Spending $100 should at least get some kind of legit prize. It was very busy with birthdays going on it was hard to find someone to ask for help that didn’t have a major attitude. Sad to say I probably won’t return to this location anymore. There are tons of great arcades in the region.
Laser tag for the win! We had no idea Kingpin had Laser Tag, and it was so fun! The area is clean and in great shape, as is the equipment. The games are well organized, and fun! We had a great time, and highly recommend visiting for bowling, games and Laser Tag! Awesome time.
It’s the second year in a row that I’ve hosted my daughter’s birthday party with them and once again it was a wonderful experience. Every time the kids have an amazing time and thoroughly enjoy themselves. The staff is extremely cooperative, friendly and attentive which makes the entire event smooth and stress free for parents. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend them for kids’ birthday parties.
Great time at Cambridge Kingpin. We always bring the kids and family over for some fun arcade and bowling, highly recommend. If you Visit on Tuesdays they have a bowling $2 special. Food was good. Good times.
This was our second time celebrating a birthday at this amazing gaming place, and it definitely won’t be our last! The attention to detail is truly impressive — from the setup to the cleanliness, everything is perfectly thought out. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. On top of that, their service is always timely and smooth. A special shoutout to Hanna and Gordon — they were absolutely fantastic! Right from the time we made our booking to the end of the event, everything was managed seamlessly and with great professionalism. Both went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication really stood out and made our visit even more memorable. We’ve had such a great time both visits, and we’re already looking forward to many more in the future! Highly recommended!
