The sales experience was good and I want to give a higher rating but unfortunately I cannot. When we finished signing the paperwork after our purchase, I noticed my phone number was incorrect and I corrected it on the spot and they had my sister's number as well. All weekend prior to delivery, no call, no text even though we were told we would receive a delivery time window confirmation a few days before the delivery date. Finally they called my sister. She advised them to use her number as the point of contact for the delivery window. The morning of delivery day, no call, no text on either number. Finally my sister called them!! They're saying they called, they texted, yet we've received no communication from them! Had my sister not called them, as they're en route to our home as it turns out, we would have possibly missed them and potentially had to pay a redelivery fee, which may have been the intention all along. Who knows! We're disappointed because this was a Christmas gift for our mother and the surprise we were planning, was ruined by this company's ineptitude.
Thank you, Alejandro for being so patient and VERY HELPFUL with our transaction as well with the Owner and Receptionist, you guys made my anxiety of making the right purchase at ease because it’s not everyday I go make a big purchase, so this was very important to us! Thank you 😊 can’t wait for our furniture to arrive!
We stopped in here briefly to peruse and it reeked of desperation to make a sale. There were three sales people hanging right by the door as we walked in and despite telling them we were just looking and didn’t want/need any help, they insisted on stalking us around the store and continuously trying to sell us stuff. We practically felt chased out by their desperation and left less than 10 minutes after arriving. If you’re looking to be sold something, this is your place. If you’re looking to peruse in peace, I would avoid this place. Also, the furniture was not the vibe per my taste.
We had the delight of being helped by Teresita & the store manager, Leonel. They were both very knowledgeable and courteous the entire process. Would definitely do business with them again!
