Mona was exceptionally talented in providing outstanding customer service. I originally intended to do nothing more than a bit of window shopping. However, the store’s ambience – and especially Mona’s approach – completely changed my experience. Her product knowledge, warm smile, and sincere desire to assist, even at 6:50 PM on Monday, the 24th of Nov. before closing, were truly remarkable! Gabby was great and very helpful in helping me find what I needed and tha matched and to make sure items were in stock. Thus is my 1st time shopping here at Mor and with reps like Gabby who made my experience seemless and comfortable I'm sure I'll be back again.
Gaby, was a great help. She was very professional and walked me through all my questions. She explained the option to customizing my sectional and material. She was patient and very knowledgeable on the furniture we discussed. I appreciate her giving me time to discuss with my family and not pressuring me. I would recommend everyone to ask for Gaby. I definitely would come back to purchase other items and ask for Gaby to help. She made an impression that I won't forget.
Gaby was incredibly helpful throughout our entire experience. We picked out a new reclining set for our living room, and even when we decided to exchange the console piece for a single recliner, she made the process simple and hassle-free—no high-pressure sales at all. The delivery was smooth and truly lived up to the “white glove” promise, with friendly and professional delivery personnel.
