I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2020 Ducati Monster 1200S from Ridenow Austin. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the bike I was looking for. On a previous visit, I’d mentioned a specific model I was interested in, and they didn’t just take note—they followed through. Mike Vega and Erik Bezila tracked down the exact bike I wanted, arranged for it to be shipped to Austin, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Mike and Erik were both knowledgeable and easy to work with—no pressure, just great service and clear communication. I couldn’t be happier with the bike or the buying experience. I purchased a new, 2025 Yamaha Waverunner FX Cruiser HO from RideNow. The sales advisor Gilbert Perez was quite friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure some of the concerns I raised were resolved (or to be resolved in the future!). Overall, I left as a happy customer, mostly due to getting the exact model I desired at quite the fair price. To boot, I was delighted to receive cookies from Tiff’s Treats the following day of my purchase. My advice to future customers: Definitely ask to work with Gilbert Perez, and make sure you don’t go on a busy day to finalize your purchase as they can get super busy.
Enjoyed every moment of being here. RideNow was quick and easy to get me into a new bike even thought I was looking at pre-owned. I did wish their financing part could work better with people. Their financing application could be switched over to a different provider as Benny recommended which I also recommended. To Benny and Erick [didn’t get his business card :( ] thank you for getting me on this sweet ride. Process was easy and simple. Did take longer than I expected. But everyone on the team is very intellectual about what gear, what to keep an eye out for with riding and best practices. Thank you RideNow!!! Lastly, to Craig for the awesome delivery, pointers and for doing the best job with what he has. Albeit the traffic was horrible he still did an awesome job loading, delivering, and unloading my bike to even explaining everything on my bike. Very well versed gentleman.
Exceptional Customer Service!! They truly go above and beyond to help with your purchase. Inquired about a motorcycle I wanted online and the Internet Sales department hooked me up! Their response time was lightning fast. Fast and Easy application process. Once at the location, the sales team was very knowledgeable and passionate about riding on 2 wheels. They had every bike for every skill level. From a beginner Ninja 500 all the way up to BMW S1000rr. Or if your a cruiser guy but don't want to ride your typical "Harley ", they had some sweet Indian motorcycles (my next bike as I'm getting a bit old for sport bike ergonomics) Also, while the final details were being put together I was able to shop for my son and I some motocross helmets. The wonderful retail sales associate helped me pick out some sweet gear for our day at the track. They also have race gas if you need. My son rides race gas in his PW50 , we will definitely be picking some up for the season. Overall Wonderful Experience. Top notch service. Thanks Ridenow Austin
I am a first time motorcycle buyer and worked with Jake to get fitted and find my future ride. He was overly nice and communicative with the information and help. I was matched with a 2022 Triumph Trident 660 (a beauty) and the purchasing process was smooth. Jake made sure to come in during his day off to make sure the bike was all ready to set out for delivery with Craig. Craig was very communicative during by the delivery process and was very helpful with tips on the bike and how to enjoy the bike! The bike was delivered with care and I can’t complaint. So far the bike is amazing! I hope it stays this way for the long haul.
