Nice setup..friendly staff..... however.... be careful not to "stalk" your customers due to an incorrect assumption. If I feel like im being watched from behind the counter...all the way up to standing right next to me in the isle while I browse and make a decision... well that can easily be considered racial profiling...not a good look...and one i would bring to the attention of many... but other than that...solid place to shop for products. And yes...I review hundreds of companies/ businesses... im well aware of what I see and notice.
I've shopped here for years and have recommended this place at least twice a week to my own clients looking for hair, human or synthetic. I bought 2 bottles of Adore hair dye on Sun 10/26. I realized that I needed a slightly darker shade to match my extensions for Halloween and tried to exchange one out on Tues 10/28. They told me "All sales are final" to which I completely understand if I had been seeking a refund. The bottle was still sealed and I simply wanted to exchange the item. It wouldn't have been a loss to their store. They were rude, unhelpful and were talking crap about me in their native language. The young boy with the poorly bleached blorange hair in particular was especially disrespectful. Never coming back here and never recommending this place to my clients again. Edited in response to owner- 1- if blorange boy doesn't work there, why did he hop behind the counter to rudely remind me what day it was, like I wasn't aware. 2- The bottle actually was sealed, it broke when I opened the bottle to show that it was still sealed. That I do understand. 3- The young girl and the elder lady were talking about me. I may not speak your language but a person knows when they are being trash mouthed. 4- you don't get to tell me whether I found your treatment of me disrespectful based off of camera footage alone. That doesn't even make sense. Do better as a business and stop making excuses for rudeness
I just got this concealer and it’s perfect. The staff and the owner were very attentive and helpful. I will be coming back
