I was looking for the perfect console table and saw one I really liked at Urban Barn, Boardwalk location. Claire was very helpful and let me know to wait and she would call me to let me know if it was on sale for Black Friday. That’s great customer service!
So far, not so good. I was recently sent an email asking me how I liked my recent order and to do a review. Here goes... I am eagerly waiting for a recent order which I placed Dec 1st. I was told I would receive it mid-January. I was disappointed to learn that I will likely not hear from the delivery service until February. They also communicated that UB does not control that piece, so it is very unclear on when I will receive my order. In addition, the website won't recognize my order number to check the status so I have to use chat. I am sure I will love my order once received, but I was told I could expect my delivery early in January, so be prepared for a wait without clarity on delivery. Don't get rid of any furniture until you know definitively when it is coming. Trust me!
I had an awesome experience furnishing my home this summer with Tracy's help. From the very beginning, she offered thoughtful design support and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Every furniture delivery was seamless and well-coordinated, and the quality of the pieces I purchased is outstanding. I truly appreciated Tracy’s personalized attention and care throughout. I’d confidently recommend this location to anyone looking to create a stylish and comfortable space.
I have loved Urban Barn for a very long time. I started to shop at the Urban Barn location in Cambridge and then, hooray, Urban Barn came to the Boardwalk! I shopped for my condo and then for my apartment always with great staff. I have to give a shout out to Tracey at the Boardwalk who is continuing to care for me. She keeps me in the loop regarding sales, she is tireless and so patient with my indecsion. We always come to a decision though and I am always so happy in the end! 5 stars for Tracey, the staff and the Boardwalk Urban Barn. Thank you, Sue
I was at the store today and had a great experience. The sales associate, Juliana, was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me fantastic advice on decorating my bedroom. Her suggestions really helped me envision what I want the space to be. If I need more help in the future, I’ll definitely go to her again. Highly recommend!
