Salma Naguib came highly recommended by my sister, who worked with her when Salma represented the other party in her transaction. Even though they were on opposite sides, my sister was so impressed by Salma's integrity, professionalism, and fairness that she insisted I work with her. Having just moved to Montreal with limited knowledge of the city, I needed more than someone to send me listings—I needed a broker who would take the time to provide honest opinions about neighborhoods and help me see beyond properties that only look good on paper. Salma delivered exactly that. My transaction turned out to be quite complicated for various reasons, but Salma's professionalism truly shone through. She maintained complete respect for the other broker throughout the process, never speaking negatively or even hinting at any shortcomings. Instead, she simply identified issues and resolved them with grace and efficiency. Her approach was solution-focused and always constructive. I couldn't have asked for a better broker to guide me through my move to Montreal. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

It is impossible not to connect with Mireille Moatti after 5 minutes of meeting her, she is warm, professional, committed and reassuring. I feel really lucky to have gotten her as my Yesarrazin agent. I contacted Yesarrazin on my last trip to Montreal to get help in finding a tenant for my Mile End apartment. Since my first e-mail to set up a meeting they replied promptly and with knowledge of the Plateau market. They set up a meeting quickly. With every step I felt that they were the right people to go with. I had the opportunity to talk to a few members of the agency and they were all polite, knowledgeable and quick to reply. Mireille came to my apartment with a photographer, took professional pictures and did a virtual staging of the place. It just took her a couple of weeks to find a solid candidate, do the background check, present her to me and sign the lease. Mireille was always transparent and kept me well informed on where we were at in the process. I have been greatly impressed by her and I have passed along her contact to people that like me live out of Montreal and have properties that need to be put in hands of an agency that you can trust.
Words cannot fully express how grateful we are for the Yesarrazin team for their amazing communication and teamwork. My husband and I would not have found our dream home without everyone’s support. But our deepest gratitude goes to Clara. I must admit that the role Clara took on to help us find our perfect home was not easy. It required a lot of patience, guidance and reassurance, all of which Clara did with grace and kindness. When we were uncertain and even a little defeated Clara was that gentle reminder to remain hopeful. Her advice and expertise not only made the process so seamless but it helped alleviate a lot of stress off our shoulders.
