I have an experience as a technical support for around 4 years : 1 year and 6 months as a Telco technical support for calls, and 2 years and 11 months as a technical support for chat, to summarize my experience primarily engages with customer's issues with their products ranging from as simple inquiries on billing then moving onwards to more complex issues such as navigation of the tools and products, and also providing notes or other necessary information for escalations. I also have a background in Architecture since it is my undergraduate study, and I am fluent in doing 2D CAD drawings, and basic 3D drawings with Sketchup. With such experience my strengths lie on analyzing the customer's issues then working with them to work on a resolution, and empower them to have a better experience moving forward with their product and services.
