My consultant was friendly and well-informed. He gave me some great information. However, my understanding was that this was one-time service provided with my Legal Zoom account. My consultant clearly anticipated that I would buy into his service, even after I explained why I am not currently interested.

Shawn was great. Very knowledgeable and passionate. Shared lots of great information. He respected my time and understood the information he was complex. Of course you reach the end of the meeting and they are a business looking to generate business. He was very equipped to handle any rebuttals, BUT wasn't pushy. He respected my questions/concerns and was understanding when I said I needed time to digest the content we covered. Overall, he came across very knowledgeable, well prepared, and organized in his delivery. I expected the sales techniques, and my background in sales had my guard up. He was polished in his delivery of urgency, but also provided a ton of information for me to review after our meeting. 10/10 recommend at least having the conversation.

I had no idea what to expect from this meeting, as I have never opened a business before- but Brian was thorough, while making things that are normally over my head easy to understand. I felt like he and his team would really serve me and my business well, and help guide me through this complicated unknown world of business taxes. I feel in really good hands!

Got a call from someone at this place because they got my number as part of a "free consultation" from the company that I set up my LLC with. The initial call was very pushy to get me on the phone with a sales rep. I scheduled a call for a few days letter, and got a call from Amanda Lanni. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The reason why I'm giving this 3 stars is because the sales tactics this company employs are down right scammy and have no place in the market for this type of service in 2025. The consultation was nothing more than a sales call and Amanda was as pushy as they can be. She wanted to one call close a $2500+ yearly subscription and instantly became clearly irritated when I said that I wasn't going to make a decision on the call. Change your marketing tactics. This doesn't work any more. I would have signed up for your service if I knew in advance that you were going to try to shove a subscription down my throat and if you were transparent and clear with your pricing up front. If your pricing needs a consultation for you to be able to price your service, then your service menu is too complicated. It's 2025, AI and other tools make the service you offer extremely easy for someone to DIY. Get with the times or get left behind.
