I’ve contacted this company by email twice as directed on their website. I have not received a response. This is a huge red flag as they don’t care are customer service with current or potential clients. I would definitely recommend NOT using Liberty Tax Scottsdale and find a company that wants and respects your business.

Liberty Tax in Scottsdale has prepared my state and federal taxes for the past several years. Lorraine and her entire staff are friendly, upbeat and a delight to work with. My tax forms were executed efficiently and accurately. I am delighted with the excellent service I received here and will continue to patronize this Liberty Tax office in the future.
