Great experience from start to finish. Office staff was courteous and prompt; technician arrived before scheduled time and explained everything up front before starting including detailing the cost. Job was done quickly and there was no mess. Will definitely use again. Commode repair
I called 1 Tom Plumbing this morning at about 9:30. by 11:00 their Service Technician Mark Waldrop was standing in my garage talking to me about the problem I was having with my whole house water filteration system. He really spent some time looking at where the leak was originating from and determined that the housing wasn’t cracked, instead the O-ring on the pressure release valve was basically disintegrating, and making it so you couldn’t take the pressure off the water filter to remove it and replace it. He had the part in his truck to fix it and had me back up and running by noon. The price they charged was very reasonable. He was wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about Mark Waldrop. he is a GREAT representative for your company. this is the second time that I’ve had y’all out to do something for me and both times the technicians have just been wonderful and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely use you again and will recommend one time Plumbing to all of My friends
We had such a great experience with 1 Tom Plumber two times now! First they came out and did the work (shoutout to Alex, Cayden, Ryan, Fernando) and then Mark came by for our first membership inspection to make sure everything was still perfect! We cannot recommend them enough! Finally a plumber you can trust. We have tried several companies and these guys were honest and able to fix everyone else's mess. Thank you thank you !!
What a blessing to be referred to 1-Tom-Plumber. I texted them at 11:30 pm. by 6:45am I received a text that they can be out by 8am to estimate the repair. Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. We had a plumber come out and they made us aware that we have a crack in the line. 24 hours went by, and nothing was done by that plumber. so, we made a Facebook post asking for suggestions on plumber and I am thanking God that 1-Tom-Plumber was suggested. Thank you again for us crossing paths with them, and their professional customer services.
Heath and Kaden were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly to find the leak and repaired it quickly. They are a great team. They were incredibly considerate of my house and property. I would recommend 1 Tom to my friends and family. This team was at my house with 30 mins of calling Travis super fast
