I brought my tablet in for a screen repair after a terrible experience at another repair shop inside Sunland Park Mall. The technician here was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about the condition of my device. I even received it back sooner than expected. This will be my go to tech repair shop from now on.

I have consistently received exceptional service for my iPhone repairs. The team provides honest guidance, reasonable pricing, and, when parts are available, efficient same-day service. I have visited for a variety of unrelated issues, and Javier and his team have never failed to deliver outstanding results. Javier, in particular, demonstrates impressive knowledge and takes the time to clearly explain each issue and the best solution. They are amazing and the best place to get a phone repair. We had 2 iPhone XS Max, 1 had the screen cracked from being dropped and the other had some water and the screen just went off. Both still turned on and haptics worked, just screen was off. I called, talked to the rep and he said to bring them over, gave me an estimate over the phone, and sent me a follow up text. Fast forward a few hours later, I take both phones in, very welcoming experience and amazing service. He explained what they'd be doing, offered me a drink and the ability to wait and chill and watch a movie if we wanted but we headed out but would've stayed if I had the option. About 2-3 hours later, I followed up, they told me one was fixed and were finalizing the other one. As I was driving there, they called me, told me they were ready. I walked, in, same welcoming experience, they even set me up with screen protectors and cases, it was a great overall experience. I found the price really reasonable but for this type of experience, I would've paid more just for this premier type of service. I'll likely go back as the camera was broken before I took it there, they told me they could replace the camera as well. I might get a battery as well. I would recommend them 1000% of the time. The best in the westside.

Recently traded in my old Samsung Galaxy Ultra for the latest version & as my luck would have it, dropped it at work and cracked the screen 🥺 was still somewhat working aside from momentary color glitches which make it unbearable for anything other than phone calls. didnt get the insurance this time to save on costs (go figure) so looked online & asked around to see where I could get it fixed at a reasonable price. Had a few people suggest 1 True Tech so I hit them up and they were not only able to fix the screen like new but the owner even hooked it up with a better case and threw in some screen protectors at a package cost. Very knowledgeable and made sure to give me the best quality fix for the best price. Unmatched service & would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to True Tech for years, and they’ve never disappointed! They’re professional, knowledgeable, and always know exactly what they’re doing. Their prices are fair, and they’re honest about what’s needed. I have had 3+ iPads repaired and added temper glasses on top of protective cases for our devices. Even when I don’t need a repair but simple temper glasses to replace of my devices they’re my go to! It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust, but True Tech has earned my loyalty time and time again. Highly recommend!
