By far the best electronics repair shop in El Paso. I thought my PS5 Dualsense Edge controller was a lost cause. The guy there fixed it on site, and due to being a tapped out from Christmas shopping. He let me borrow a PS5 controller until payday, so I wouldn't be bored out of my mind at home. Absolutely friendly service and speedy service! 10/10 totally recommend these kind folks.
By far the best tech wizard in town! I came in with an iPhone stuck on Restoration Screen, no problem, he knew the exact fix to restore the phone to working condition. Couldn't be more happy for his help with the iPhone Repair.
I called to see if they could fix my USB, and they said they would try their best, and they did. When I walked in, both employees were very kind, helpful, and professional. They took the time to show me the whole process of how they repaired my USB. The technician worked quickly and efficiently, and even offered to provide me with a replacement drive. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any left in stock, but the gesture alone was more than enough. Fast service, friendly staff, and excellent customer care. This man went above and beyond to fix my PS5! He let me in the back to watch the whole troubleshoot process and we talked shop. Not only did he fix my PS5 he replace some of the cosmetic components for no extra charge! Would definitely recommend as he only charged me for the fixes at a more than reasonable price. Very reliable man and a fellow vet, will definitely be staying in contact for any future issues/repairs.
