We are so pleased with 12-Steps Cleaning. Ron & Kelsey did a PHENOMENAL deep clean of our house. Our house is glistening. I don't think it has ever been this clean. They got every nook and cranny - even wiping light switches, cleaning inside light fixtures, and vacuuming the walls! I cannot wait for them to come back every month for a monthly clean.

I originally came across this company on Thumbtack while looking for a deep cleaning of my condo after some construction work. Ron came out within an hour to scope out the job and give a quote. They did the work two days later: four people spent almost six hours doing a great and thorough job. Since then, I have contracted with them for biweekly cleaning. Our cleaner Ella has been here three times, and does a good job and is so pleasant. She is always prompt and is amenable to suggestions. Communication with the manager Dais is always first-rate, they value my feedback, and they make appointment handling and bill paying very easy through their app. This is my first encounter with having housekeeping done professionally, but now that I'm an old guy it's worth it, and it's been a pleasure.
