Bought my wedding dress used so it was a little tight around the armpits and needed it fixed quickly for my elopement. They provided fast turn around (under 2 weeks), great price and precise alterations. I was super pleased with my experience and will be making this my go-to alteration spot even though it’s a little out of the way!

I brought in my wedding dress for alterations based on the great google reviews. The tailor and staff were kind and I left my dress with an agreed pick up date of Thursday after five. When my husband arrived at 5:15 he was advised the dress was not ready and to come back at 6:30. The tailor was still finishing up when he arrived the second time. My dress was not altered as agreed upon as the straps had not been shortened, the sides were taken in in a way that the upper and lower seams no longer matched, there was a stain on the back of the dress up and the dress had not been cleaned and pressed. As my wedding was the next afternoon, I had no choice but to wear it and disguise the issues as best I could. I gave two stars because the dress did fit more appropriately at the top but I was understandably very saddened after the experience.

Excellent Customer Service! Very reliable and dependable. The staff was very helpful and polite. They made this process so easy. I had an emergency prom dress scare and the staff knew just what to do!!!! Thanks again😍 She looked beautiful
