From the moment we walked in, Shelah Choyce and her incredible team made the entire experience effortless, joyful, and absolutely stunning. Shelah is a true professional—warm, organized, creative, and committed to bringing every vision to life. Her staff matched that same energy: friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the night unforgettable. Every detail was executed beautifully, and the space transformed into the perfect setting for such a milestone celebration. If you’re searching for a venue… stop. You’ve found it. 1442 on the BLVD is it—the place where your event will not only happen, but shine. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Finding beautiful spaces in the heart of the community is such a win. My organization hosted a celebration for a nonprofit workforce project and 1442 on the Blvd was the perfect size with chairs and round tables available with the rental which made it so much easier for us. We were able to create a warm and inviting event for about 50 folks. The overflow parking was so helpful, loading and unloading was easy, there were plenty of electrical outlets, large clean restrooms. Just an amazing, reasonably priced, elegant but not stuffy space to imagine many different types of events. We will definitely come back. Our group had an amazing time at 1442 on the Blvd! We hosted a mixer for a local chamber of commerce . The food was absolutely top-notch, and Shelah and her staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the event. They were flexible with our budget and schedule, making the entire planning process easy and stress-free. All in all, it's the perfect spot to host a private event--highly recommend!

The party was amazing. Everything turned out just the way I expected. I put all my trust into Shelah and her team, they absolutely delivered. Everything we discussed—everything I envisioned—they brought to life. Honestly… wow. The staff was super nice and helpful—whatever we needed, they had it ready. The whole vibe was just great. My family hasn’t stopped talking about the party—how beautiful everything was, how perfect the decorations came out. The black, red, and gold colors really popped with the masquerade theme. We’re already planning to have another party there. I honestly recommend 1442 on the Boulevard to anyone looking to throw a party—big or small. It’s the perfect spot.

1442 on the Blvd is such a beautiful venue! It had beautiful lighting, an outdoor patio, parking, bathrooms, and a kitchenette! anything you could ask for in a venue, they had it + more. I also had my event planned by Shelah and team (Begetting Events) and it was more than I could ever even imagine. They made my vision come true, and was so impressed my the professionalism and the event planning. I gave the reigns to Shelah and her team and they definitely came through. Everyone was in complete awe! Would highly recommend this venue, as well as planning your event through Shelah! You will not be disappointed!
