Pretty cool venue 😃 not super big but can host quite a bit of people. I've been there like 4 times for different events. Mostly all standing. The is a bench for ADA seating. They have fans which are nice when they have them turned on. Without even in winter it gets pretty heated with all the people. My last concert there today there were no fans so it got pretty warm and a little uncomfortable. Other than that it's pretty cool. I'll be seeing other Acts there.
Super small perfectly ghetto venue in my favorite hood del paso heights. Saw the legend Rakim. Drinks are a little high priced but dope spot local artist get chances to open for headliners. Love seeing anyone ballsy enough.
This is a really cool venue! It's a perfect balance of modern updates without taking away from the charm of it having been a roller rink. What stood out to me the most, though, is that I was especially impressed by the staff! Not only were they helpful and friendly, the security personnel were very active and present which I really appreciated. I came to see Strings and Heart with my kids, and the security personnel really helped me to relax and enjoy the show a lot more, knowing that we were well taken care of. I know it's a strange thing to comment on, but of all the concert venues I've been to this is definitely the one I felt the safest at! I'm looking forward to enjoying more concerts here in the future!
Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy was a fun evening. Efficient entry into the event, entertaining performances, comfortable seats, tasty cocktails. A fun and unique way to spend the evening.
Absolutely SLEPT on spot. I can’t believe it took me this long to even find out about it. I admit. My adventures in the Sacramento area have been.. Well, lacking lately. But yooo, glad I got dragged here to shoot some content with my bro. Located on a corner and gives off old movie bar style vibes from the outside but once you step in. It’s a total spot for endless event possibilities. Club nights, pop up events, even gala style events. This place is IT!! TVs in the front entrance area that are patched in to the main stage/floor area so you can see all the fun goin on in the main room before you even get in there. Genius anticipation builder. They’ve got a kitchen, bar area and all. I plan on connecting more with them and getting more eyes on this location. There soo much you can do here. I’ll definitely be back to plan some things of my own.
