A1 Did a fabulous job replacing my garage door and motor. Arrived promptly and was very courteous throughout the whole installation. I encourage you to use a One to replace your garage door and or motor or have repairs done.

Vince and his assistant came to fix our garage door after I accidentally damaged it while installing a window. Vince did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Had issues with the cold weather preventing my door from opening. Called 1A and they scheduled Andrey the next day. Andrey was professional, explained the situation and resolved it within minutes. Our opener was old and I still wanted it replaced. He replaced it quickly and explained how the new unit worked before he left. He was fast, professional and friendly. More importantly he was knowledgeable.

We have quite heavy wooden garage doors, so it's not surprising that we just had another spring break. Vince immediately responded to my quote request and happened to be in our neighborhood, so was able to come within hours. He did the calculations that the others clearly should have done before previous repairs and figured out the upgraded springs necessary. Now, everything is all good in a matter of hours, and at a surprisingly reasonable price. Thanks so much Vince.
