Absolutely the worse pricing out there. It's like a scam, realtors use him for home sales because he’s free, so he has you over a cliff. The buyers think that's what should be getting as a contingency, so now you feel like you have to pay this guy this inflated price or lose your sale of your house. And he knows it. Never use this guy! I received the same two year certificate for a lot less. Don’t let this guy on your property. New! More ways

I am sure the work is fine it always is, but the employee did not chat with us before he left, so we honestly were unsure if it had been completed or they were going to come back to finish the job. Maybe a bit more communication next time!
