I've bought flowers, compost, plants and cards from 1st Choice Florists for years. Clare and her team are always helpful and knowledgeable. There is no pressure to spend a lot of money and the ararngements they have made for me have always been beautiful and affordable. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of being able to have this beautiful bouquet made up for me. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The value for a bouquet of this size and how long it lasted was an extra happy surprise. The store is a lovely gem of a place and looking forward to returning.

I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I spoke to the lady in the shop and requested that all the flowers be sprayed blue, as my grandad disliked white. She told me that everything would be sprayed except the bat, because it needed to stay its original colour. At no point were we told that spraying all the flowers would cost extra or that it wasn’t included. When we raised the issue afterward, the lady dismissed our concerns instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation. The lack of communication and the dismissive attitude made an already emotional time even more upsetting. This felt very unprofessional and deeply disappointing. If this were your own parent’s tribute, you would be upset too? or would you be happy with the service you received? Truly unacceptable behaviour. I would not recommend this shop based on this experience, which is truly upsetting. Please look at the photo and tell me which part Grandad, Bert and Dad flowers was sprayed blue !!!! i was expecting all the flowers as agreed when in the store. disgusting customer service. i cant even express this, i have no words but disappointment and upset. P.s the small spray is not what we requested so please Do not say you did what we requested. because we asked for all the flowers to be blue not some small little pieces no one can see. I want a solution not an apology! You lot did what you wanted, if you listen ( NO WHITE FLOWERS) or didn't have the colours, you had my number to call me and inform me of the extra cost or another flowers colour or another alternative. Not taking things into your own hands and making people pay so much money to not deliver them the flowers they requested and wanted.

My sons both ordered flowers for gifts for their girlfriends and they were absolutely stunning - The bouquets were delivered to the house and the girls were thrilled with them . Excellent service , thank you so much , would definitely order again

Ordered via this florist for my mothers 60th as she has received flowers from them in the past that are beautiful. The flowers were nicely arranged but not really like the photo on the website. I paid extra (over £50 after delivery) to get the bouquet as seen on the photo but got half the roses with a stem of lilies to substitute the rest of the missing roses, no irises and no chrysanthemums to bulk it out so it appears about half the size as the one on the photo. A little underwhelming given the price - feels like more substitutions could have occurred if they did not have the appropriate stock.
