1st Choice is absolutely outstanding, IF you want truly excellent work done with comprehensive reporting, excellent communications, and good people to work with. A full explanation of each finding along with annotated photographs is their normal mode of operations. They will also offer tp prepare written quotes for remediation. If you want things done correctly and reliably - call them!

Not only that, George takes the time to get to know his customers, he's very fair, his company is very reliable, and his staff is always pleasant.
