After being in the cold for 7 days, in walks a young man with a smile on his face only to make you happy. Joe was the best, the best! repair man in my 72 years I have ever had!. The company was very nice and spot on with the problem. They asked u questions in order to make them understand just what needed to be done. And done it was. 30 mins max with a relief knowing it was completed! Thank you to Simmons Heating and Cooling, Joe, Jennifer and Jen. Mary K. and Amiee.

Always great, honest service. We received a quote from another company that was tens of thousands of dollars to fix a simple issue. Simmons came out and their expertise was clear from the start. My system was blowing cool air, alternating with hot air and I called Simmons. They were able to send someone out In just a couple of days. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and was able to make a quick repair at a reasonable price.

Kevin and Tyler were great, came out and fixed our flex duct work , Explained everything thoroughly with regard to the current unit and why it was using emergency heat (previously unexplained by other companies) and were extremely courteous, polite, and efficient! Got everything done within an hour, and I’m so greatful for their speedy response! Thank you, Kevin and Tyler and Simmon‘s; for hiring and retaining such great folks!
