The house had a contract on it in 24 hours at slightly higher than what I was expecting. The closing went smooth and we could not have been happier. In regards to Delia Longoria and a very poor first impression of her and this agency I'd not heard of but I certainly will not forget now. No regard for potential tenants time and schedules. I feel this was a bait and switch property visit knowing full well an application was in process Sunday yet still as of Monday said they'd follow up regarding the "group" tour on Tuesday. Never reached out beyond the message module in Zillow and pleaded ignorance and full of attitude when I finally got her on the phone end of business day. Will never do business with this agent or the Agency she represents. Extraordinarily disappointed most in the lack of care for someone else's time. I was ready to apply SATURDAY if they had even bothered to ask. In person application Sunday? I would have come in person Saturday had I known it was even an option!
