I contacted Dean on 21st January as I needed a tyre replacement. He was very helpful in advising me how to find out what tyre size I required (because I'm basically car illiterate) and promptly sent me a quote. We arranged an appointment for the following morning. One of Dean's team arrived punctually and was polite & friendly. He attempted to see if my puncture could be repaired (without me asking him to do so). This was unsuccessful but I was not expecting him to try, so I felt that this was great customer service. Ultimately, the tyre was replaced and I'm very pleased with the service and experience from beginning to end. I'd be glad to use 1st Response again in future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thanks again.

Fast and friendly. I'd never considered a mobile service for a non emergency tyre replacement before, but I will definitely do it again! It's fast, cheap and convenient. So much better than booking in at a garage and waiting in a miserable room for your turn. Dean was super friendly and helpful. Helped me choose a decent tyre for my budget with no pressure. Kept me updated on the fitting time and was super responsive to phone calls. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Dean! Picked up a screw in the road on the way home - flat as a pancake. Early evening, the AA weren’t coming for two hours and kept adjusting the time. Dean had the tyre replaced and me back on the road within around half an hour of calling.
