From the first moment I made contact with them, they were really professional. They managed to come and look at my van within 48 hours, which as a dog walker is such a relief because not having use of my van is an absolute nightmare. I was kept updated throughout, and it was always easy to get in touch with them. They also managed to fit me in to sort another issue at the same time, which I really appreciated. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

DRS identified an issue with the clutch on my daughters Corsa which was promptly changed. Normally you have to chase garages for updates, not with DRS. Excellent communication on cost breakdown and job progress. Makes a change to have great customer service from a garage.
