This is the best Optometry office in the Bay Area. Starting off with the lovely music and good vibes, I knew I was in the right place! I have never been analyzed with such care by a specialty practice by every single person in the office. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping me understanding the cause of the findings .The evaluations performed must be the newest technology around, because it was very high tech and in depth! Shaun who is an expert in the industry helped me out by picking the best frames for my face, she is a gem. Trust me try them out! You will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Dr. Lee and her assistant Shaun. Dr. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different parts of my eye and what was happening during the exam, which made me feel confident and well cared for. Shaun was also wonderful—super helpful when it came to choosing a very stylish frame and making the whole process easy and enjoyable. The entire visit felt smooth, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

20/20 is the absolute BEST! I started going to Dr. Lee over ten years ago. I have a pretty high prescription due to astigmatism and severe nearsightedness, and prior to going to 20/20, the best I could see with lenses was 20/40 - barely legal to drive! Dr. Lee introduced me to synergeyes lenses and my now my vision is MUCH clearer. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Shaun is hella solid and I continue to reach out to her for guidance even though I moved to another state. I appreciate the entire 20/20 family for their professionalism, ability to explain things clearly and honestly, and for their kind and caring communication. If you’re searching for a new optometrist or are not satisfied with your current one, I highly recommend you check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience as this was my first time visiting. The office staff is awesome! They have a wide variety of frames to choose from. Dr. Dinh is very thorough and really cares about you as a patient. You will not get another patient connection else where.

I just got home from having my annual eye test at 20/20 optometry with Dr Lee. I've been a loyal customer of 20/20 Optometry for over six years, and I can't recommend them enough. Their thorough eye exams go beyond the basics, ensuring every aspect of my vision and eye health is carefully checked. They have state of the art tests and check for everything from visual acuity to disease detection. They really have your eye healthcare in good hands. Dr Lee is not only thorough, and professional but her personable nature makes the whole experience a lot smoother. The rest of the team are just as friendly, big thank you to Alex who has been helping me choose my frames for the past few years. Whether it's finding the perfect frames or discussing treatment options, the staff always make me feel valued and comfortable.
