This is a pretty good gym. It is not a fancy gym but also does not have a fancy price. Overall it seems to be a good value for the money. As indicated by reviews from others, this is among the better "24" locations in the area (northeast DFW), and I agree with that. It seems to be better at staying open during posted hours than other "24" locations (like the horrendously mismanaged Allen/ Fairview club) and recently expanded their hours to stay open until 11pm - an excellent, if long overdue, change. The "pandemic" has been over for quite some time now.

I really appreciate this gym. Even though the storm came through, they were still able to be open so I can continue my goals for 2026. The management is great here and they were very willing to assist me in every way possible to meet my needs. I recommend this gym.

Amazing gym. Specifically this location. The staff is amazing and they do everything they can to keep the equipment fixed and building clean. I drive an extra 10 minutes past closer 24 locations because this location off of Parker is run so well. They can about their guests and they care about their building. I would highly recommend choosing to come to this location. I’ve been coming here for years and don’t plan to change.

Of all the 24 Hour Fitness locations I’ve used—across North and South California and Dallas, TX—the East Plano location stands out as my best experience, largely thanks to the manager, Davis. He listens, treats members with respect, and is flexible, kind, and genuinely considerate, which shows in how smoothly the gym is run. The facility is clean and spacious, and my buddies and I don't have to wait for equipment, making workouts stress-free and enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and well managed. Highly recommend this location.

Men’s locker room smells of urine. The faucets in the men’s locker room are all broken. The floors are always wet. The padded flooring in the free weight area is cracked and broken with huge gouges. Too much of the upholstery on the machines is cracked and broken. The exercise bicycles need to be maintained better. The water fountains are disgusting. The swimming pool is always dirty. The sides of the pool are disgustingly filthy, and need to be scrubbed. I don’t see any difference between the new management and the old management. It’s a cheap discount gym and it shows. on the positive side, the staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. They do their best with what little the corporate headquarters gives them. They deserve better. The work out area is generally clean. Most of the machines are well-maintained. The free weight area is generally well organized.
