Staff is nice. When I went it didn’t look like there were enough staff. Perhaps 3-4 during one of the busiest times (5:00-6:00pm) . Nothing to use for wiping after equipment is done. With this many gym goers, I’m surprised there’s not more people staffed. I think there should be wipes available for people to use and I also think that there needs to be more staff during busy hours. I saw one guy do his best to help out 6 people at a time. I also don’t like how there’s no basketball hoop on other side of the gym. Perhaps it’s to discourage open scrimmages? On the bright side, there seems to be a positive atmosphere. However, I’d rather go to another gym like planet fitness or city sports where the equipment is cleaner.

Sam at 24 Hour Fitness is an amazing salesperson. He is a very kind, patient, and professional gentleman who truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and great customer service. I really appreciated his help and highly recommend working with him!

Nice staff, perfectly usable gym, no issues with the other gym goers. Could be cleaner and the dumbells were not organized at all. Overall, would come back for sure! Had a cool functional area I didn’t use that I’d love to use next time
