They have you sign a full membership agreement just to tour the facility. When signing up for the tour, take a look at the terms and conditions before you check the box and submit. It's a full membership agreement, agreeing on your part to charges and everything else they expect a member to agree to. This made me immediately lose trust. There is no reason to have guests sign such a binding agreement, unless they have ill intent in my opinion. Gym scams are a real thing. Edit: I got a call today from Dylan who, after being told I found another gym and I'm no longer interested, proceeded to say that he could see on his end that I completed the online registration and agreed to their full membership agreement. That is completely bogus. Stay away from this place. They are crooks (and liars it turns out).
I came in with the intention of touring the facility and starting a membership, but my experience was very disappointing. My first visit was around 6:30 pm. I asked to tour the facility, and the front desk told me to scan a QR code and begin registration online. Shortly after, an ambassador approached us and told us to walk around on our own and come back if we had questions. We explained that we preferred a guided tour. He responded that he was logging out in 15 minutes and was the last person working that day, so no one was available to assist us. His attitude was not welcoming. We asked if we could return the next day for a proper tour, and he said that would be fine, but did not mention that the facility would be closing early. When we returned the next day at 1:30 pm, the front desk informed us they were about to close and again told us to register online ourselves. I did not feel welcomed during either visit. It gave the impression that potential customers are not a priority, which raises concerns about the level of service provided inside the facility. Overall, this experience was very disappointing!
Not a bad gym, but I would say not worth the premium membership cost. Pros: Staffed well, lots of them seem friendly and do their best to keep things clean and stocked, separate adult pool with a bar area. Cons: The front desk staff stare at you like a deer in headlights and are often distracted on phones or gossiping so the first impression of walking in is lacking. bathrooms can be gross upstairs, gym is much busier than you would think for a place that is not cheap. Gym equipment feedback: Lots of barbell racks which I do like, but the gym equipment is a hit or miss. Examples include the bench presses being slightly misaligned so that the bar is being held crooked, long down times for broken equipment, not enough benches in the dumbbells area (hard to ever find a free one), overall the equipment feels like it was just crammed where they could fit them which tells me there was a lack of designing/planning when building the place. Huge annoyance is that they don't have trees for plates which means I need to waste time trying to take some plates off other equipment. I feel like the variety of equipment is lacking, I would expect more machines for triceps and other isolated muscle groups but they just cram one or two of each one. They use the Hoist brand for most machines and pulleys and I don't like them since the movement does not feel right to me. Overall thoughts: If you live near by and can afford the high cost of membership, I would choose this gym for the convenience and nothing more. I used to go to City Sports that had way better equipment for working out but it was always a zoo so I moved over to this gym hoping I can get away from the crowds but not much difference in that regard unfortunately. I will stay a member while I live in close proximity but once I move I will happily move on to the next best gym option near me.
VillaSport’s swim classes are exceptional. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly skilled at teaching both technique and confidence in the water. The lessons are well-structured, safe, and fun—kids learn fast and look forward to every session. The facility is spotless, the staff is friendly, and every instructor takes the time to give personal attention. You can see real progress week after week. Highly recommend VillaSport to anyone looking for world-class swim training and a positive learning environment.
My kids really love this water slide. It's one of the best things about this sports club. They keep going down the slides over and over again while I sit back and relax with a drink. Perfection.
