This place is now "meh". This used to really good when they opened but after a couple of years, everything seems to be gradually going downhill. They cut down existing amenities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi) with the promise of other new amenities, but management has either delayed or scrapped that plan. The bathrooms now have mold which has been ignored by staff. The equipments have started to break down often with long delays in fixing them, trash (cleaning paper, energy drinks, gum) is around equipments and not cleaned day after day. Need better management and periodic cleaning of the place. I have been a member for over 4 years, so it's sad to see this decline. There is only so much of a threshold for someone to bear before they move on to another facility.
