I’ve been going to LFBA Studios in Berryessa for months, and it’s one of my top workout spots! The instructors are amazingly encouraging—they create a supportive vibe for all levels, gently pushing you to challenge yourself while prioritizing form and safety. It’s the perfect mix of motivation and positivity that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished. Class sizes are ideal (around ~10 people max), so you get personalized attention and that intimate boutique feel without crowding. If you want a intense, low-impact workout in a great community, this is it. Seeing real results—highly recommend! 💪

I had never done Pilates or Lagree before, but after trying a few classes, I was hooked. I’ve now completed 8 classes, and it feels amazing. The workouts are challenging in the best way, low-impact but high-burn and I can really feel myself getting stronger. LFBA Berryessa is especially convenient and very welcoming. The studio is always clean, the energy is great, and every instructor I’ve taken has been encouraging, clear with cues, and attentive to form. Special shoutout to Elaha and Nancy - my fav instructors. Managing passes through the app is easy too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to challenge themselves and stay consistent!

LFBA Berryessa is the best! My very first class in 2024 I was nervous and didn’t come early enough to get the run down, but Job was so welcoming. After doing drop ins whenever I could throughout the past year, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a pack of classes because I love LFBA that much! I have been consistently going to Nicolina’s classes the past few weeks and she is truly amazing - I’m always adamant to make it to a class she is teaching. She is kind, welcoming, but always has a great challenge leaving me feeling stronger and more positive than when I came in. (: Purchasing the pack of classes has been well worth the investment and I look forward to showing up every week.

Had never done reformer pilates before, but tried multiple LFBA locations on class pass and really enjoyed it! This location is most convenient for me and the classes really make you work! The instructors have all been great and I now use the app to manage passes. It's a very welcoming place to take classes!

I absolutely loved my first Lagree class at LFBA Berryessa! The studio is super clean, well-organized, and the energy is amazing from the moment you walk in. The instructor was incredibly encouraging — she explained every move clearly, adjusted our form when needed, and kept the class challenging but motivating throughout. The workout itself was intense in the best way possible — low-impact but high-burn! My legs and core were definitely shaking by the end, and I could feel how effective every movement was. It’s such a great mix of strength, endurance, and control. Perfect for anyone who wants to push themselves and get stronger without heavy lifting. Can’t wait to come bac
