24 hour, mobile tire shop, replaced my flat tire on the side of 101 freeway on Saturday at three A.M.. I could not be more thankful to these guys for sending me Michael. He was very efficient, professional and careful and academy. Safe throughout the whole time.
⚠️ Be Careful — This Felt Like a Scam. But judge for yourself. I had a flat tire and called this service to fix it directly in my parking space. The owner himself arrived fairly quickly—within about 1.5 hours. At first, he couldn’t find any issue, so we assumed maybe someone had let the air out as a prank. I then asked him to check the valve. After that, he replaced the valve and assured me repeatedly that the valve was definitely the problem. I asked him several times if he was 100% sure the tire was fixed and safe to drive the next morning. He said yes, absolutely. The next morning, as soon as I drove out of my building, the tire was completely flat again. I had to leave the car on the street to avoid damaging it and called him to report the issue. He told me he was on his way and would arrive in 45 minutes. No one showed up. I called and texted him after an hour. He apologized and said he was “on the way now.” Another hour passed. Still no one. When I called again, he didn’t answer—only texted that he “needed more time.” After almost four hours of waiting in my car like an idiot, he finally texted me saying his truck had broken down. At that point I gave up. I had my car towed to a nearby shop, where they found a thin nail in the tire and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Despite: failing to fix the actual problem insisting it was “100% the valve” lying multiple times about being on his way leaving me waiting in my car for four hours …I only asked for a refund of the $100 I paid. He refused, saying it was “non-refundable” because he changed the valve. Decide for yourself if this is fair—or if it sounds like a scam. Professional and quick. A great value and alternative to AAA as Mikhail will come to you. He provides fast, friendly and reliable service. We experienced a puncture on the 5, changed to the spare and drove to our overnight. The next morning I contacted Mikhail and he was at our hotel with a brand new tire installed on our vehicle in under two hours.
Mikhail was amazing! It only took him 35min to get to me! He was very professional and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I was talking his ear off and he handled it well lol. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He came with many different size tires as well. It didnt take him long to change the tire once he started. I appreciated the fact that he tried to save my tire first, which would have resulted in me saving money. Unfortunately I needed a new one but I feel better that he tried. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a mobile service!
