Don’t listen to the haters. The tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had. Might not be traditional but it has great coffee flavor and that cream is top tier. I am tempted to hop back on a plane just for it.

I got suckered into the hype on FB. That'll teach me until next time.

It's worth the hype! I loved their Philly cheesesteak. I wanted to try the green Chile burrito but they were out of green Chiles. The Support tiramisu was so creamy and delicious, but totally can share for up to 3/4 people and the cheese cake sandwich is also delicious but a dessert for 2-3 people. I also split the Philly between 3 people.

WOW what a fantastic sandwich. Just had the Philly cheese steak sandwich and prickly pear limeade drink. A burst of flavor, with each bite. A perfect blend of pepper with the onion and plenty of melted cheese. And the meat? WOW cooked to perfect. Hard to believe it comes out of a food truck. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌

I had been watching 303 in the Cut’s videos on insta and fb for about six months before I finally tried it, and now I’m kicking myself for waiting so long. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the cheesecake sandwich, and wow. The bread was fresh and packed with flavor, the meat was cooked perfectly, and the cheese and peppers brought it all together. It was one of those meals where you actually stop for a second and think, Okay… this is ridiculously good, as you close your eyes and savor the bite. Then the cheesecake sandwich showed up and somehow topped it. Sweet, rich, and completely over the top in the best way. My husband got the Green Chile burrito and it also was so tasty and flavorful. We were both impressed and the serving sizes are big. You can tell they care about what they’re making. Everything tasted fresh and made right. If you see 303 in the Cut around town, do yourself a favor and stop. Vegas has a lot of food trucks, A LOT... but this one is on a whole different level. I went to the Centennial Hills Hospital location and I will be back often!!!
