This place has been on my radar for a while and we finally came to come here on this past trip. We were lucky to be seated right away, cause this place usually has a bunch of people waiting to get a table in the morning. The service was nice, the food was pretty good. You can also tell that it's better than some diner breakfast but not as good as some of the fancier places on the strip, like Jardin at the Wynn for example. My son got a classic breakfast with eggs and meat and he liked it. My wife got the vegetable skillet and I didn't like it but she did. Overall it was good and I'd come back. Good choice for breakfast at the Cosmo besides Eggslut.

Wow, best poached eggs I've ever eaten..perfectly soft-boiled on the inside. The braised short rib tasted excellent. Avocado toast was well made; the capers added an extra level of complexity in flavors. Will definitely come back again

The cup of coffee is huge and of great quality. Complete with a side of cream in a cute dish. I ordered the avocado toast, which was a big portion. I was unable to finish it. The pickled onions on top give this toast a great taste. My son ordered the pancakes. Light and fluffy, plentiful too. My daughter decided upon a breakfast burrito, loaded down with hash browns, eggs, tomatoes, etc…

Another reminder of unnecessary high priced breakfast restaurants in Vegas. Nothing any special than to your local brunch or breakfast place in your town. Their omelette was great! Their tater tot fries appetizer was great too. Do not get the tomato soup lowkey very creamy which I don’t think pairs well with the the grilled cheese The sandwich was good and also the short rib Benedict was good too.

We wanted to grab breakfast and, since we were staying at The Cosmopolitan, decided to try The Henry. Even without a reservation, the hostess was friendly and quoted about an hour wait. We put our name down and went to gamble for a bit, but only about twenty minutes later we received a text that our table was ready, which was a pleasant surprise. Once seated, our waiter greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. My wife and I shared the Braised Short Rib Benedict and the French Toast, and both were absolutely incredible. The Benedict came beautifully plated with tender braised short rib layered over a crispy potato cake, topped with perfectly poached eggs and a rich, velvety hollandaise. Every bite was perfectly balanced with the savory short rib and the crunch of the potato base soaking up the jus underneath. The French Toast was just as impressive, featuring thick golden slices topped with fresh strawberries and bananas, toasted hazelnuts, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The whipped cream on top added the perfect light sweetness, and the syrup on the side was a nice touch for anyone wanting a little extra indulgence. We also enjoyed some late-morning cocktails that were just as well-executed as the food, balanced, refreshing, and perfectly matched to the relaxed brunch vibe. Overall, The Henry delivered an exceptional breakfast experience with great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s an easy choice to return next time we’re staying at The Cosmopolitan.
