I’ve trained kickboxing at several different places in Kansas and I can confidently say that this is my favorite one. I can’t speak on behalf of the Jiu Jitsu because I haven’t done it yet but my experience with the kickboxing classes has been great. Great people and great coaches and most of all they work very very hard and provide great experiences full of hard work.
