I cannot say enough good things about them! They are always there to help with all my concerns no matter how silly they may seem. They truly care for all of my animals, the big and the small all receive the same level of care and respect and I cannot thank them enough! I have experience with both the regular and exotic team and they are both amazing!

I don’t even have the words to express how much I love this vet!! I have gotten our shots, wellness visits, grooming, and now had a spay done for my maltipoo. I have had the best experience and so many things I was worried about, I got through so much easier because of the care they take of our dog. It’s so clean and the staff is amazing. They think of every little detail and she even came home with a bravery award after surgery which I thought was precious. If you’re looking for an animal hospital, vet, or groom, this is your sign to call now! :)

Decided to give the vet a call and hoped for some temporary advice on how to take care of my cat until I can get him seen when I get paid. Was refused any sort of advice to help until then. I called a family member and had them contact their vet and they were happy to share some medical advice for my cat, to keep him safe and well until he could be seen. I understand not wanting to be responsible for the wellbeing of a cat you haven’t seen before, and not wanting to be held reliable for giving the wrong advice. But all you had to say was take a warm washcloth to his skin until seen. Ridiculous customer service. Never coming to this vet. Y’all must enjoy losing potential customers. How sad. In this economy, I’m sure many vets get inquiries like this.

This place is amazing. The staff is so kind and has been so sweet to my babies. They always answer my panicked phone calls and they listen with so much empathy. I just went to take one of my kitties in for a burn wound last night and they were so gentle with him. They even helped me carry all of the stuff they sent me with out to the car. Overall just a great facility with wonderful people.

I've been taking my pups to 405 vet for more than 7-8 years, and I have never had an experience that wasn't great. My senior dog has heart failure, and we usually see Dr. Roach for all of our dogs, but we ended up seeing Dr. Kemp for an emergency appointment and we absolutely LOVED our experience with her too! It was kinda scary letting a new person see our dog, but she is so incredibly thorough and thoughtful and knowledgeable and patient and I can't thank her enough for helping our senior dog feel better! Every staff member has been wonderful to work with and very helpful. The grooming services they offer are amazing too! I have 5 dogs and I know they're in good hands when they are at the 405 vet :)
