Product selection was impressive. First install was done poorly... The floor wasn't leveled well. The worker who did the install, (Victor), no longer works for 50Floor. The second installer Felipe did a phenomenal job reinstalling the flooring how it should have been done the first time. The manager Brent provided excellent customer support throughout the process. Overall I'm grateful that everything came together in the end and look forward to future installs.
The entire process was seamless! Our sales guy Derian, was very professional, personable, and attentive! We made some changes after the original sales appt and he made it a flawless and easy switch! We will contact Derian and 50Floor for our future flooring projects.
Nathan came out to give us a quote. They don't have many options but I did find one we liked. I wanted to talk it over with my husband and get back to them, but he was pushy about getting the deal done then. My husband wanted to go ahead and do it, so I said ok. We decided on a date a week and half out. I get a call the day before saying they didn't have my carpet and would have to reschedule, for 2 weeks out but they weren't sure my carpet would be in then either. I was pretty upset about this because we had already moved all our small stuff out of our house. 30 min later they called back and now. our carpet was available and they could install it. The morning of install the installer text me that they are running late but are on their way and will be here in 1.5 hrs. At ETA I get a call that the office had an issue and they weren't sure when the installer would be there. I told them I couldn't have them at my house all night so they said let them figure out something. They called back and rescheduled me for the next day. The installer arrive early and began installing our carpet. Nice guy, quick, and efficient. The carpet we ordered and what we got is the same color but we got a lower quality carpet. You can easily spread the carpet and couldn't easily spread the sample. Also, the sales guy said they don't use contractors to install, but our installer said he was a contractor. Overall, we're happy because we plan on selling this house but we wouldn't use this company again in the future
Highly recommend the installer Mo and his crew. He was polite, prompt and they did a great job! Moved all my stuff, cleaned up totally and move everything back! They also hauled away every last scrap of the old floor. I couldn’t be more pleased!! Rischard was our consultant and he was fantastic too!!
We just had new floors put in yesterday and they are wonderful. Felipe and Daniel’s crew were also wonderful, they got here on time at 9 and they were done at 3:30 pm. The house was back to normal and everything was very clean. If I had it do over I would want them to do it. Ron was our consultant and he was great too.
