After dealing with a leaky roof for months in Arlington, I had several people try to fix it with little success. The leak would come and go depending on how heavy the rain was. At first, someone said the issue was with a roof boot and put some caulk on it, which seemed to help for a short time, especially since we didn’t get much rain. But as soon as the rainy season started again, the leak came back even worse than before. I had a couple more people come out to look at my roof, but one person claimed he had replaced the roof boot and fixed the problem, only for the leak to get worse after the next rainstorm. He stopped responding when I tried to follow up. Frustrated, I asked around for recommendations and got a few referrals for honest and reliable roofers. I had two different people come out to inspect the roof and explain what needed to be done, along with their estimates. I felt most confident with Thomas’s inspection. He was very thorough in checking everything, took the time to explain the issues, and even provided photos and videos to show me exactly what was wrong. He shared his credentials, too, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. A few days later, the crew came out and repaired my roof. They did a great job and provided before-and-after photos of the work they completed, which I really appreciated. While they were finishing up, one of my neighbors even asked for their contact information after seeing the quality of their work. Last night, we had our first big rain since the repairs, and I’m happy to say there have been no leaks at all. It’s such a relief to finally have a solid, dependable roof again. last fall, my roof started leaking. even though the weather was tough, the roofing company couldn’t replace the roof right away. instead, they sent a team to cover the leaking area with a tarp at no cost, since i had already signed up to get the whole roof replaced later. a couple of weeks ago, seth and the crew came out and took off the old shingles, then put on a brand new roof for both my house and garage—all in one day. it looks great! the price was almost exactly what was quoted, with just a small increase because they found some decking that needed to be replaced. the team did a fantastic job cleaning up, and i couldn’t find any nails or debris left in my yard.

I called for help with a roof repair and some ventilation issues. Randall arrived at my house quickly and got right to work. The roofing crew showed up on time and finished installing our new roof in just two days. After they were done, they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they’d been here—except for our beautiful new roof! The gutter installation team came separately and did a fantastic job, also leaving everything neat and tidy. Kyle followed up with us after the work was done to make sure we were happy with everything.
