I had a very bad experience at 513 Lagree. The instructor was extremely rude and even shut the door on my face despite me arriving on time. I reached exactly on time & now they are lying on the reply to this review that I was late. Lol, save it. Clients aren’t fooled by your sly marketing tricks anymore. To make matters worse, they gave my slot to someone else. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fitness studio, and I regularly attend lagree sessions in Dubai. Honestly, I highly do not recommend this place. Save your money & time and go elsewhere.

I came to 513 Lagree about two years ago- my first time back in a group workout class environment. I was so nervous that I would not be able to keep up with the instructor or be judged by other class members for my lack of physical fitness. I am happy to say, I was worried about nothing. Sam, the instructor, adapted the movements to make them more beginner-friendly, took the time to correct my form, and encouraged me throughout. I felt comfortable and confident, and I will definitely be back more often.

Went to a full body session with Sydney and it was an awesome workout! My body was shaking, sweat was dripping, and I'm still sore the day after. Definitely excited to come back!

513 Lagree will humble you more than you thought possible but in the best way possible! All the coaches are amazing, encouraging, and will challenge you to push yourself. The low impact aspect of the workout is great if you’re looking for a workout that won’t hurt your joints. I love that you can build muscle while working on flexibility and mobility! Everyone from beginner to experienced will enjoy this workout:)

Lagree is such a great workout! It’s (really) hard, but you know you’re getting stronger, and the machines are fun. The instructors at 513 are friendly and encouraging, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. I’m so excited that this resource is available, great full body bang for your buck!
