714 was great to work with. Very professional and very honest people. I had a party with a scheduled bounce house and there was a heavy rain forecast for the day of the parry. 714 jumpers proactively reached out and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. We chose not to reschedule and they were willing to help me use the funds of my deposit towards tables and chairs instead. They delivered everything very punctual and all equipment was in good condition and clean.
714 Jumpers are truly the best! They are definitely the most affordable and truly care about their customers. The day before my event, they actually called me and offered to upgrade the jumper from what I originally rented at no extra cost. So we were able to get a bigger one that was huge hit thanks to them! Plus they dropped off and picked up on a timely manner and were very efficient in their communication. I truly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable service.
We had a great experience with 714 Jumpers. Reserving was super easy to do online and communication with drop off and pick was great. I was really excited they had a dinosaur jumper for my sons party, something I couldn’t find at other places I had checked, between that and their reviews I decided to go with them and I am so happy I did. Definitely will be using next time in need a jumper.
We had the best experience with 714 Jumpers! You can’t beat the price and service. We had to change the date of our event the week of, and there was no problem doing so. Then the original water slide that we reserved had gotten damaged, so they offered us a larger one at no additional charge, which was awesome. They delivered early, and picked up later so that definitely took the stress off of us. They’re quick, efficient, and the communication is stellar! 5 stars all around and we will definitely be using them for our next event!
Best party jumper rental in Anaheim. I'd say the best party rental in Orange County. Super responsive. Their vehicles/equipment was clean. Very professional in company uniform. They were very timely and professional.
