This was my first time renting a jumper, and I’m so glad I chose this company. I reserved the double-slide bouncer for our party, and unfortunately it ended up raining that day. They made rescheduling incredibly easy and stress-free, and we were able to move it to the following weekend without any issues. They even confirmed everything the day before. On the day of the party, they arrived right on time and were so friendly. Setup was quick and easy, and we were ready to start the party in no time. The jumper was big, clean, and absolutely perfect. The kids had a GREAT time—it was a huge hit! While I do wish there were more themed options, the trade-off of having a clean, high-quality jumper with a double slide for all the kids to enjoy was SO worth it. After the party, the team came back promptly, took everything down quickly, and once again were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend them and we just booked them again as I’m writing this review. My kids are so excited! Thanks again!
This was the best birthday rental experience! Rico was so amiable, and his smile brightened our day. He had a great selection of jumpers, and was able to get us a jumper for my daughter's birthday party on fairly short notice. It was huge lol, but he got it set up in no time! We just texted him when we were done jumping for the day, and he came within the hour and packed it all up, along with his lovely wife. 10/10 would use him again for future jumper rentals. Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars We rented a jumper from Rico’s Jumpers for a family event, and it was absolutely perfect! The kids had SO much fun. The jumper itself looked like a colorful castle — so appealing that just looking at it made you want to jump right in and have fun. We loved that it had a big slide and even a basketball hoop inside — such a fun bonus! The colors were vibrant, the jumper was clean, and it looked amazing in our front yard. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. We met Manny and his assistant, and both were incredibly kind, humble, and caring. They assembled everything quickly and treated us like family. Delivery and pick-up were smooth and stress-free. Everyone was happy, and the jumper brought nonstop smiles. It was big enough for all the kids to enjoy — jumping, sliding, and playing basketball — truly a hit at our event. We will definitely be renting from them again. Rico’s Jumpers is now our go-to for future events. Thank you for making our day so special! 🎉
We recently rented the 20ft water slide jumper for a birthday party in Garden Grove and had an amazing experience! The delivery was super smooth—the team arrived on time, set everything up quickly, and made sure the unit was secure and ready to go. The water slide itself was very clean and in excellent condition, which is something we really appreciated. The kids and adults had a blast all day, and it honestly made the party! I contacted Rico’s jumpers a month before my event after another vendor cancelled on me. He was available for the soft play, got to my event on time and did a beautiful set up! The soft play was a total success! It was very clean and everyone loved how it looked. I 100% recommend him. His prices are more than reasonable compared to other vendors. Definitely will be using him again for another event.
