I rented from 901 Real Estate Services for a year and experienced ongoing maintenance issues that were never properly addressed. Several windows leaked repeatedly, which led to water damage on the walls and blinds. Towels placed around the windows would become soaked within minutes, and the humidity level in the unit stayed high enough that I had to purchase a dehumidifier to keep it under control. Despite multiple reports, 901 Real Estate Services could not effectively work with the HOA and the leaks were not fixed during my tenancy. Prospective renters and owners may want to keep this in mind before doing any business with 901 Real Estate Services.

They (entire staff) are always pleasant and helpful to speak with about any issue or concern while taking very good care of the property. Addresses all maintenance issues expeditiously. Helps the renters while protecting the owner with provided eviction protection 💥
