I was involved in helping my granddaughter get major engine and steering system repairs on a recently purchased used Jeep Liberty. Wes was great to work with. He was a listener and shared information freely. I feel he was quite emphathetic while being a knowledgeable automobile service agent. His estimate of time to completion was very close to actual completion time. In a time where you never know where the best place to go to get honest and quality work done, there was never an indication that my granddaughter and I had chose the wrong place.

But my good old flex from there! Been there ever since for any minor repairs. I go to get my oil change when I'm told a certain amount of time and coming from out of town, and having to be somewhere, they adjusted it and I was in and out within 20 minutes! Curt The manager at the South store makes things happen! The downtown store is where it all happened for me! Have definitely recommended to others. Keep up the good work

After messing around with the dealer and feeling like something was off, we ended up taking our Defender here for a second opinion. Best decision we made! Super friendly staff, knowledgeable techs, and very communicative! From initial phone call to picking up after the service was complete and everything in between, the entire process was easy! We will only be using A1 from now on!

Took my vehicle to A1 this week for the first time based on all of the great reviews online. Wes was an absolute rockstar. Great communication, fast repairs, very detailed inspection and was able to get urgent brake repairs done within my budget. I will now be an A1 customer for life. Everyone has a trusted Mechanic or Auto shop that they refer to as “my guy or my auto guy/s”. Let’s just say I think we have found our auto guys 🤩. My wife was not happy with the last two places and after I convinced her that I was happy with services I received from a-1 the last two times she was down with my choice. I previously dealt with Kendal who was very nice, made me feel welcomed and this time some dude that every hates called Steve (🤣🤣🤣 inside joke) was SUPER AWESOME and was able to get my wife happy again. Needless to say we will keep using a-1. Thanks guys
